July saw the return of Arcade Fire, and Jay Z, and Kesha - all with multiple music videos. 

Jay did not mess about, with at least three noteworthy promos, pushing the boundaries of the medium, while simultaneously consuming a whole humble pie all by himself. That was followed by the other big hip-hop star who consistently pushes the envelope with his videos to come back at the end of the month, being a lot less humble this time around. Well, Kendrick does have Rihanna making eyes at him this time. Kapow.

And on top of that, a triumphant return by Jamie Thraves for All-American Rejects, Henry Scholfield's turning Dua Lipa's smash into a song-and-dance classic, Alister McLellan's sumptuous, super-romantic third video for The xx (above), a dance-fight with Feist and friends by Scott Cudmore, and so much more...
