Luke Bather - 25th July 2017

Jonny Look lets the Straw Man take us on a journey through the wilderness in Grizzly Bear's primal clip for Neighbors.

Camouflage, hunting, and gathering. We watch on as men and women try to adapt to a more primitive existence before they bring it right back home with them. With an almost constantly zooming camera, we get the impressing of something approaching. A realization, perhaps? Or something more sinister. Are the protagonists preparing for doomsday or merely engineering their own disappearing act?

As they wander like shamans through the world of this music video we're left to wonder where they fit into all of this ourselves.
