Nick Harwood directs a perceptive narrative video for King Princess - aka singer-songwriter Mikaela Straus. 

With creative direction by Quinn Wilson, the video for For My Friends resembles a portrait of the artist's teenage self and her sometimes volatile relationship with her best friends, played on-screen by Alex Consani and Laine Philipps. 

A superbly unfiltered perspective on friendship, emotional connection and youth, the video is shot in a raw, authentic fashion, following the overlooked minutiae of hanging out with the people you love the most, with all its ups and downs. 

The filmic cinematography and energy feel comfortable and timely, and will remind viewers of the imperfect yet essential connections in their own lives.
