Max Siedentopf's completely out-there, live-action-cartoon approach gets full rein to express itself in this enjoyably bonkers video for US electro-DJ Gommi.

It's a stop-motion piece where a middle aged, clock-watching salaryman - played by Gommi himself - utterly loses his grip on reality, as he waits for his tedious 9-5 day to end, imagining all sorts of weird stuff in the process. It's a full-on psychotic episode, to match the lyrics of Gommi's banging tune Psychosis.

Maybe its a bit of a Marmitey approach, but Siedentopf command of a wonderfully nutty visual language is a joy to these jaundiced eyes. And, frankly, thank the lord for a new dance producer with a properly daft sense of humour.
