True to their band name and the songtitle, Bad Omens' lead singer Noah Sebastian and filmmaker Nico Poalillo bring us into a dark and forbidding landscape, where Apocalyptic events will unfold, for the Detroit-based heavy metal band's new single Specter. 

Shot in both Slovenia and Michigan, the video fuses the track’s brooding, heavy sound with ghostly visuals that draw viewers into a dark fantasy world exploring themes of loss and betrayal - intercut with a highly cinematic band performance.

The narrative element follows the fate of young boy (Finn Lenter-Foth) following a cataclysmic event and the subsequent emergence through the gloom of a forboding sillhouette, signalling the End of Days. Ryan Hurst (Sons of Anarchy, Remember the Titans) makes a cameo, bringing a chilling presence that adds to the (already considerable) haunting tone of the film.

“What began as a wildly ambitious idea quickly evolved into something even bigger - and somehow, even more ambitious.” says Nico, adding that this video, written by Sebastian and Madeline Leary, will be followed by equally impressive visuals to accompany the release of the new Bad Omens album.
