Colin Solal Cardo shoots this singularly dynamic video for Paris-based queer pop artist JENYS - shot entirely on an iPhone.  

The video for Like A Virgin crafts a compelling dynamic between JENYS and the camera in perpetual motion, allowing them to move together as partners as the performance intensifies. Using a motion control arm, the cinematography is explosive and hypnotic throughout, matching the impressive dance performance. 

Solal Cardo envisioned the video as “an intense performance brimming with rage, humour, and catharsis,” focusing on capturing Jenys, a young artist in her prime. Known for her hands-on approach to her art, writing, singing, producing and directing, the challenge was to showcase her skills as a performer.

It's a sizzling achievement, ramping up in energy from start to end, with a frantic and effortlessly cool final result.
