Josh McCartney directs an escapist fantasy for KT Tunstall's new single I Am The Pilot. 

The kaleidoscopic, lo-fi stylings of McCartney's promo from the Scottish folk-rock icon provide a little respite from the madness of the real world, presenting an amalgamation of DIY graphics and a dynamic performance from Tunstall. 

Many of the graphics in the visual seem familiar - the air balloons, for example, seem identical to those seen on a Windows XP wallpaper - and it's this sense of mystery and anachronism that makes the video so wonderfully absorbing.
