Flipping between vignettes of Mae in performance-based setups at several locations across town with a flashback of her breaking down over her ex at a club, the breezy video is charming and funny, and a killer match to the lilting track. 

And even if there is no prior family connection between Mae and Sophie, the chemistry between the artist and the director is palpable. Under Sophie's direction, Mae comes of age on-camera, and it's a joy to behold.
