Wolf Alice 'Don't Delete The Kisses' by Sophie Muller
The story of a relationship played out entirely on London public transport, Sophie Muller's video for Wolf Alice follows a familiar path from the initial meeting and mutual attraction onwards. But this ends up somewhere less expected.
Don't Delete The Kisses is a real treat. This becomes less about the dramatic arc, and more about the characters - there are outstanding performances here from the lead actors Chelsea Edge and Jack Anderson – which leaves much more for the viewer to think about. It's brought together in a marvellous edit by Muller with Owen Oppenheimer. And overall it's so absorbing, you will probably not be thinking how they figured out how to shoot this.
What's more, it also happens to be Sophie Muller's first ever video that does not feature the artist. That makes it a landmark as big as any in London.
