Luke Bather - 17th Mar 2017

Warren Fu goes full blockbuster in this awesome retro sci-fi video for The Weeknd's I Feel It Coming - featuring Daft Punk.

Feeling like a long-lost straight-to-VHS masterpiece of '80s science fiction cinema, the video takes place on a barren rocky planet and sees The Weeknd and his co-star destined to turn to stone. Embracing the vibrant VFX style and reaching into his Star Wars & ILM past for inspiration, Fu's managed to create something so rooted in an era long since passed that it feels timeless.

Be sure to stick around for the Daft Punk cameo (as double Darth Vader?) at the very end. It's cool as hell.
