Niall Trask directs a fun-filled promo for indie-dance supergroup Decius, presenting the strange story of a man deeply connected to his car.The video for Walking In The Heat sees lead singer Lias Saoudi (also frontman of Fat White Family) escorted to a car wash in the back of the vehicle - a 1970s Lotus Elan - which he then cleans in a passionate, homoerotic montage. Blending comedy with some great character work, Trask brings out some surprisingly heartwarming moments amongst all the gyrating and hose spilling, reflecting the solace and rebellion Saoudi shares in the bond with his vehicle.It's weird, but in a very good way.

Leandro Marini directs an upbeat promo for Vale! ULB. The video for Sube El Nivel (Salsa Remix) is a joyous celebration of dance and movement, and sees the artist perform in front of a large projected backdrop. With a hot pink aesthetic and fun lyrical graphics, the video is a vibrant and dynamic accompaniment to the track.

Raoul Paulet directs an impressive dance-based promo for electronic artist Maria Chiara Argirò, featuring dancer Klaudia Wittmann as she tumbles through the walkways and marshlands of East London on a cold, bright day,. “A woman relives her journey on this planet in the pursuit of belonging," says Paulet of the meaning behind Wittman's performance, in the video for Closer. "Only through the acceptance of the world around her, she can find our true self. Or, is it the other way round?”At the start Paulet adds a spark of mystery and drama, with the appearance of a floating red orb, that provides the initial explosive drive behind Wittman's charismatic performance, and the trigger for the great use of locations, captured by DoP Jerome Monnot, enhanced by Paulet's clever use of sound design. The result is a richly enjoyable visual showcase for the track from Maria Chiara Argirò's forthcoming debut album, also called Closer, which is to be released in April.

Daleya Marohn explores movement and dance through a spatial relationship of lines and colour, in the absorbing short film Tarpaulin Blue. Featuring music by Louis Carnell and cinematography by Julian Hohndorf, the video uses colour as its central focus, with plenty of shades of blue in everything from the location to textures of the clothing. "I was inspired by London's scaffolding, covered by blue tarpaulin as a way of evoking emotions of feeling blue," Marohn says. The concept is a unique way of visualising an emotional state, and as the video progresses, the amalgam of colour, music and movement embodies a sense of melancholy and nostalgia, elevated by dancer Freja Jenkin's intimate performance.
