Roger Spy directs a lively performance promo for indiepop trio Carpark, set in their Oh-So-Nineties bedroom. The video for pop-rock banger Don't Want You sees the girls saying no to toxic relationships, and celebrating their independence, while hanging out and monkeying around in bandmember Loda's bedroom - which is plastered with posters of a teenage Leo Dicaprio, in keeping with the 90s influence on Carpark's sound.Spy shoots the whole thing from a single locked-off camera, which encourages the trio to goof enthusiastically in the space. And then transform themselves into anonymous figures, also madly goofing, in chromakey morphsuits.Balancing the absurdity with a unique, unabashed style, it's another hit for Spy after a run of video collaboration in recent months.
