Freddie Cattaneo directs an absorbing promo for Tom Grennan reflects on the good times at the first light of dawn in Freddie Cattaneo's uplifing and atmospheric promo. 

Sitting in his car in a field in the countryside, Grennan relives moments from the night before, with the euphoria of the event and the memory merging into a sweet blur. In a storm of chaotic, cathartic cutaways, the video delivers a heartwarming feeling of belonging and community in sophisticated fashion. 

"I wanted to capture the feeling of a night you don’t quite want to end, when moments from earlier in the night start flashing through your mind as the morning draws in," says Cattaneo.

"The world needed to be raw, tactile and completely lived-in. Using the natural elements - rain, fire and water - we brought a physicality to the film, something you could feel, almost reach out and touch.

"The non-linear edit moves between the stillness of sunrise and fragments of the night before, to create the feeling of almost like looking back on a memory. We didn’t want anything to feel overly-composed or contrived. A big part of it was giving Tom the space to be himself and letting his natural energy and charisma come through."
