Lizzo 'Don't Make Me Love U' by Tanner K Williams

David Knight - 31st Mar 2026
His very risqué and hilarious video for Povoa x Madge's Beat Bunny won a Gold at the British Arrows last week, and now Tanner K Williams has brought his considerable talents to the services of Lizzo - and the result is just about as absurdly WTF as you can get.
To the thumping disco beat of Don't Make Me Love U, newly minted blonde Lizzo is getting emotional performing the song - to a previous incarnation of herself. New Lizzo cries, screams, and then gets passionate with the Other Lizzo - who never moves a muscle. Is she, in fact, real at all?
Shot in a 360 studio, on one level it's exactly the glamourous and dramatic performance that this super-catchy bombastic disco record (that's really quite a lot like Simply The Best) deserves. And on another level, it's the weirdly uncanny video that you least expect.
And it just gets weirder when the previously statuesque Other Lizzo starts showing signs of life...
