Exploring Jack's experience with chronic fatigue syndrome and insomnia, the video plays out as a visual story, blending abstract concepts and narrative snapshots to visualise the artist's day to day life.

"There are two key elements in this video - the black balloons and the bed," Zaky explains.

"The black balloons represent Jack carrying around his fatigue, distress and emotion in everyday life when he manages to leave his bed. The bed is where Jack ponders his thoughts and emotions."
