Humberto Besa directs a beautiful portrait of love and kinship in the immigrant Vietnamese communities in Hungary, for HIEN's Family. 

The stirring promo interweaves choreography with docu-style narrative snapshots, with a focus on the relationships between the on-screen characters. 

"The main idea was to show the life of the Hungarian Vietnamese communities - who emigrated after the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1980s - through love, customs and traditions," says Besa. 

The rich cinematography and authentic themes act as a beautiful showcase of the communities, and Besa's tender direction feels respectful and celebratory throughout.
