James Blunt ticks off a remarkable bucket-list of heart-pounding activities, without ever leaving the studio, in Moon's wonderfully silly video for Adrenaline.

From skydiving to rollercoaster-riding to delivering a baby (and lots more besides), James is experiencing every possible adrenaline-rush, but its soon clear that he's been added to variety of stock footage scenarios. Sometimes its pretty seamless, other times definitely not so.

It's daft and likeable, and excellent use of a green screen shoot. It's also a further demonstration of James Blunt's determination to not take himself too seriously, and it's sure to put a smile on your face.
