Django Django 'Free From Gravity' by Jim Canty
Promonews - 4th Feb 2021
A kid in an alien suit goes shopping - or is it actually an alien? Jim Canty keeps us guessing in his charming video for Django Django.
Set in American suburbia on a trip to the mall, Canty achieves a lo-fi Spielbergian vibe, with ET's cast of kids and creature encapsulated in a single little green person who harbours a mysterious obsession with vending machines.
What's the difference between a small child and an alien anyway? Â
