220 Kid, JC Stewart 'Too Many Nights' by Jordan Rossi
Rob Ulitski - 16th Oct 2020
Jordan Rossi pays homage to iconic cinema in his video for 220 Kid and JC Stewart.
Featuring tongue-in-cheek vignettes with entertaining spins on some famous titles - Brunch at Tiffany's and Reservoir Cats for example - and glossy, vibrant performance setups, the video encapsulates the feel-good energy of the pop anthem.
JORDAN ROSSI:
220 Kid and JC Stewart... were up for anything we threw at them and great sports.
"The concept for this video was a distorted LA fantasy. Taking the tropes of a typical Los Angeles music video and subverting them, creating this twisted wonderland of iconic images and pastiches. We honed in on the movie industry as one of LA’s great exports and focused on parodying some of the most notable films over the last few decades.
"It was great fun collaborating with 220 Kid and JC Stewart - as well as the cast of Sam Salter and India Hope. They were up for anything we threw at them and great sports. It was also a fun test of everyone’s knowledge on set to see who’d actually seen any of the films."
