Two Door Cinema Club get upstaged by ventriloquist dummies in the video for Once, directed by Mathy & Fran.

Fresh off the back of Au/Ra's Dance in the Dark, the directors have gone in a lighter, more quirky direction for this project. In the video, the group are being interviewed on a vintage variety TV show. However all the attention is on the puppets, not the band. 

As we see the grisly puppets get treated like stars, with their own glam squads, photoshoots and champagne, the group starts to get jealous, culminating in a gory climax to reinstate their independence. It's a bit of a shocker - but well worth waiting for...
