When you have a track as downright crazy as this one, the video can only ever be bizarre. This doesn't disappoint:a frenetic, comic chase around London as Ewen MacIntosh tries to recapture his brain after seemingly misplacing it. And this brain definitely has a mind of its own. 

Hilarious puppetry in a semi-real world that doesn't take itself all that seriously, this was given a sneak preview of this video at MusicVidFest last year. Good to see it finally being unleashed upon the unsuspecting public...
