Directed by Andrew Donoho and shot in LA, Jack Garratt has told Billboard that "the story behind the video for Breathe Life is best left to the imaginations of the people who watch it."

The sharply-executed video captures the bearded-and-suited singer performing the song while floating on his back in a large body of water. Then a group of synchronised swimmers - the Aqualilies – emerge from the deep, as if in a dream, surrounding our Jack.

After performing a first-rate routine, the Aqualilies bring Jack back to a murky shore... making us wonder whether he wanted to be saved at all.
