Fragments of narrative from the lyrics are visualised in vignettes between other characters, yet Eloise exudes&nbsp;the emotion of the entire track, poignant and bittersweet, in her performance.&nbsp;Dynamic camerawork and clever moving pieces give the video a dreamlike flourish, and the art direction helps to both sell the location and give the entire concept a larger than life feel.[imgtoken data:1]"This one was a real feat but it felt like everyone was on the same page from day dot," director Balan Evans says."It’s actually the first big set build I’ve done which had its own new challenges, but we had an incredible team who all brought their own unique style to the film. Harry Law directs a touching promo for Calum Scott's If You Ever Change Your Mind.&nbsp;Employing a choreography-based approach for the visual, the concept revolves around a couple who are on the cusp of breaking up, but drawn back to each other by their connection.&nbsp;We've seen plenty of interpretive choreography in the music video space, but this video ups the ante with seamless practical effects, which sees the dancers contort, balance and float in a way that feels ethereal and poignant.&nbsp;The movement feels inspired and emotional, whilst the intimate cinematography ensures the focus rests on the characters and the beautiful performance section.&nbsp;

Harry Law documents a return to house parties, in his fun-filled promo for HYYTS.&nbsp;The video for Kinda Need You Here Tonight presents as a&nbsp;first-person joy ride through the ups and downs of a night spent missing someone special.The concept journeys through several different perspectives across the night - the good, the bad, and the ugly - all filmed in a restless, energetic fashion.&nbsp;DoP Simon Plunket uses a Snorricam to get unique shots of the artists, and a range of unconventional angles and lens choices to create the hazy, frantic energy of the night, married with coloured lighting effects to round off the aesthetic.&nbsp;

Bjorn Franklin and Johnny Marchetta direct a poignant exploration of love and togetherness, in their promo for Calum Scott.&nbsp;The video for Biblical is split between a series of underwater vignettes and a powerful performance section, linked together in an abstract way.&nbsp;The underwater setups present snapshots of intimate relationships between various couples, whilst Scott watches on from a nondescript vantage point.When one character takes Scott's attention, however, he takes the plunge and breaks down the wall, finding himself in the water too... Daniel Brereton directs an intriguing video for French artist Chevalrex, set along a forgotten railroad&nbsp;in the post-industrial North.&nbsp;The promo for Tant De Fois features&nbsp;a group&nbsp;of people that remind us of ourselves, at different points in time. We are shown portraits of the group staring wistfully into the distance, before banding together to burn an effigy of the artist, which seems to bring a certain kind of contentment to the characters.&nbsp;Chevalrex - real name&nbsp;Rémy Poncet - appears on an old TV throughout, glitching in a series of Hi8 portraits. His presence is unsettling yet comforting to the characters, building upon the enigmatic themes of the concept.&nbsp;The work is stunning in every way, and the desaturated colour palettes&nbsp;from DoP&nbsp;Simon Plunket and colourist&nbsp;Jack McGinity add&nbsp;a surreal and ever so slightly haunting edge to the aesthetic.
