Elliott Gonzo directs a dreamlike dance film for singer-songwriter Isla Greenwood. The video for Earthdog is a visual journey navigating loss and grief. Choreographed by Joshua James Smith (who is also one of the performers), Gonzo’s tender direction fits perfectly with the dreamy, melancholy of the song."(The video is) set in a dream-like forest and fairground, which reflects the protagonist's turbulent emotions," Gonzo explains. "We wanted to delve into the solitary process of grappling with the loss of a loved one while capturing the profound interplay between memory and absence. We aimed to craft a dance piece that evokes the path to acceptance, offering a universal meditation on the theme of loss."Effortlessly cinematic and atmospheric, it's a beautiful visual which reflects the gentle drama of the track.

Following his videos for Plages Des Casernes and La Mission Commence, Peter Haueis continues his cinematic music video narrative for Felix Müller, aka The Offline.The video for Un Bout De Chemin is inspired by 1980's American indie films, and dives into another fragment of the composer's journey, raising the question as to whether he is on permanent vacation or troubled by demons which lurk around every corner. In the concept, The Offline arrives by boat in the port of Hamburg and wanders around the city's infamous St. Pauli district. He is confronted by a gambling deadline as he searches for a better place - a vicious encounter from which he escapes to find his own rhythm while dancing on the rooftops of the city. "Un bout de chemin, which means something like a bit of a journey, felt right for the rolling rhythm and the driven cello, but also in terms of the dramatic structure of the track," explains Müller. "For me it felt like someone is pursuing a goal and this track tells a part of the journey. The name came about when I had the order of the album ready.” The video encompasses that feeling, proposing a story that feels strangely offbeat, as if 'fallen out of time' as they say in Germany. Another terrific, stirring visual collaboration between Müller and Haueis.

Sophie Muller directs an effervescent and emotional video for Zella Day, introducing the Arizona-born singer to the wonders and weirdness of the English countryside with typical panache. Shot over two days at Puzzlewood in the Forest Of Dean and Pen Moel Estate, the video for Mushroom Punch weaves together several creative vignettes, featuring Day running through landscapes and clawing her way through a luxurious Victorian manor house.Muller teams up again with DoP Robbie Ryan for this characteristically stylish showcase for the artist, confidently introducing experimental ideas in the cinematography and editing.It captures the intimate vibes of the track whilst keeping viewers on their toes with perpetually shifting imagery - and above all giving scope for a committedly intense performance from the compelling Zella Day.

Madeline Clayton directs a poignant promo for US-based Australian singer-songwriter Indigo Sparke. The video for Pressure In My Chest depicts Indigo trapped inside her bedroom - a person's most intimate space to dream, rest, grieve, and make love. The artist and director worked with movement director and choreographer Robert Vail, who facilitated the creation of a space for the artist to use her body as another instrument for storytelling. The movement and expression in the music video are emotional rather than choreographed, intuitive and improvised.The concept is a stirring, intimate study of the artist, without the shield of glossy filters or supporting characters, which creates a very raw, vulnerable vibe. “Creating this music video with Indigo was born out of our interest and exploration of an artist grappling with her own emotional and mental suffering and how complex that relationship can be," says Madeline Clayton."When I first heard Pressure In My Chest I was just blown away by the stoicism that came from a woman speaking quite vulnerably about her emotional turmoil, anxiety, and mental health. I really wanted to create a music video for Indigo that showcased her strength as a woman and as an artist and her unique perspective and relationship with her mental health.”
