Singer-songwriter Ruti attracts a band of followers as she walks through town announcing her message of friendship, in Mihai Feflea's charming video.

The promo for I'll Be Your Friend draws inspiration from the Pied Piper fable to symbolise the magnetic, almost magical pull of the music. As Ruti plays, random individuals are drawn in to their sound, recognising something of themselves in
the music before they realise they are following it.

The video moves from solitude to togetherness, ending with a shared moment of presence. But Feflea keeps things low-key and drily witty, as Ruti's followers are nonchalant and impassive in their collective response to the music far less cheerful than Ruti in fact. But it's just as impactful as if they were brimming with emotion.
