An MGMT video that generates strong reactions is not a new phenomenon, but this one is somewhat different to those groundbreaking and controversial videos, like for Kids, from back in the day when YouTube was young.

Joey Frank's film is an intimate observational doc that follows a young woman, Inga Petry, on a trip from the US to Paris. Inga was born without arms, and this is an eye-opener to her resourcefulness and skill in navigating through life on her own terms - and be a normal, confident young woman. 

It's a rewarding and inspiring watch and works very well with the lovely new MGMT track Nothing To Declare. And it is one of the few occasions in modern times where its worth scrolling through some of the comments on YouTube for people's reactions, including from those regarded as disabled.
