A group of patients have a visceral reaction to a TV performance, in Bolivian director Juan Pablo Richter's promo for rock band Unsafe.

The concept for Paranoid centres around a glitchy lo-fi performance, playing out on an old TV in a hospital. As the video loops on-screen, one of the patients makes a run for it, inspired by the music and the limitless bounds of her imagination.

Grimy and raw in its presentation, the green-tinged colour palette and frantic cinematography is reminiscent of old MTV2 rock videos, bringing a nice dose of nostalgia to the riotous visual.
