Paco Raterta chooses violence in his explosive promo for No Rome's When She Comes Around.

Intercutting fiercely vivid imagery, quick cuts and an exploding jeep, the resulting project - shot in Manila, Raterta's home city - is visceral and hypnotic, and anchored by a wonderfully intense performance from the artist. 

The burning urban landscapes are a perfect backdrop to the concept, whilst the glitchy, dirty textures which overlay the image add a certain grit and authenticity to the aesthetic. It's brilliantly shot by JA Tadena, and edited and graded by Raterta himself to create a mesmerising experience.
