James Arthur treads the tricky path to being an accepted member of his girlfriend's Family, in Bryan Schlam's brilliant Mafia comedy for September.

It's a fastmoving, funny, occasionally grisly, and even nail-biting storyline - as James attempts to win over his girlfriend's highly suspicious gangster boss father and his associates by taking on a series of gruesome tasks required by the Mob.

Featuring a selection of richly comic character performances - and Arthur excels too among this exalted company - Schlam has created a real gem.
