Gus Dapperton and Channel Tres aren't quite cut out for the real estate life, in Kevin Lombardo's promo for Palms. 

Fixing up a caffeine high alone in his office, Dapperton goes on a sprawling adventure across Los Angeles, picking up featured artist Channel Tres on the way. 

Throwing shapes and taking smoke breaks at every opportunity, the pair don't get any work done at all - but Dapperton does manage to snag a beautiful apartment by the sea for a climactic romp in the water. 

Whether it's a fever dream or a day in the life of the worst real estate agent in California, that's up to the viewers, but the breezy adventure is a joy to watch, and shot in a deliriously fun manner.
