Gwil Doe portrays both the glamour and the horror of the gangsta life in this fast-moving, no-holds-barred video for Jamaican artist Sean D featuring UK rappers Digger D and Unknown T, shot in Kingston, Jamaica and London.

The artists' performances pepper the story of a violent gang feud that ignites to life in London and reaches its grisly conclusion in Kingston. Suffice to say that some naughty boys come to some very sticky ends in this one.

GWIL DOE:

Such powerful voices had to be brought to screen in the purely cinematic form.

"When Sean D brought me this collaboration project between the Worl’ Boss and two of the UK's biggest current artists I could see the power and magnitude of the story we could tell straight away.

"Such powerful voices had to be brought to screen in the purely cinematic form so we wrote this international tale that allowed us to link the artist’s worlds - while the London artists were unable to travel and, of course, Vybz was still incarcerated.

"The team in Jamaica was amazing to work with and thanks to Jerry, the fixer, and Tower Hill Boss, we were welcomed by that community to stage the film there. The colours and textures there are insane. We used street casting for our characters, going for a Neo-Realist approach to capture as much reality as possible within our plot. For instance, the church scene that was filled with the actual congregation.

"London, while being familiar, was the usual music video chaos of pulling a whole heap together on a shoestring, and my special crew here really pulled it out the bag. We actually got so into the filmic aspect that we shot a whole lot more, pretty much a full short film, which will perhaps at some point see the light of day. But for now, I hope you enjoy it."
