Joe Stone ft. Montell Jordan 'The Party' by Sashinski
Cat Velez - 24th July 2015
Sasha Nathwani aka Sashinski has delivered this polished and enjoyable late 80s/early 90's throwback which sees a gang of urban youths sitting around a warehouse bored out their minds before hearing the call for a dance-off.
The call comes when one of the gang gets up, lifting a boombox up over his head (just like John Cusack in Say Anything) and playing Joe Stone's track The Party. The music is their cue to get off their ass and get down, breaking out into their respective styles of dance.
