Here’s a delightful, cool and rather amazing video for Caged Animals – aka New Jersey boy Vin Cacchione – by Carlos Lopez Estrada. In which Vin is, appropriately enough, caged, among other things. He’s basically being experimented upon by a medical team – who happen to be team of baboons. Real ones.

And it may look bad for Vin to start with, but they end up treating the human better than if it were vice versa. But the real wonder of this video is how Carlos got to work with not only one baboon, but a whole group.

As he explains, this is actually something that this has been in the works for quite some time. Years, in fact. “It all started when I found out that the man who gave obedience lessons to my dog owned a family of trained baboons,” he says. “I had been wanting to put them in a video for a few years and finally saw a perfect opportunity when I got a brief for a band called Caged Animals. Life made sense.”
