Directing duo Sofia &amp; Suzy direct a thrilling performance promo for Nottingham indie-rock outfit Amber Run.&nbsp;In an underground industrial location soaked with burnt orange light, we see the band perform in a fast-paced frenzy of intimate shots.&nbsp;The directors cut&nbsp;between HD and VHS-style footage to amp up the intensity of the visual, and editor&nbsp;Josh Mannox ensures the breathless pace keeps up right until the final second."We wanted to create a gritty performance-led video using handheld camera work and interesting cinematography to give the scenes a certain intimacy," say Sofia &amp; Suzy. Will Clark and&nbsp;Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard continue their collaboration with Break Right In - the first half of a two-part project for tracks from the forthcoming debut album&nbsp;Bankhand Deals.&nbsp;In this video, the band land in a world where rhythm is criminal, so they set out to do something about it. Sneakily breaking into a grand estate, we see them assume disguises and switch wigs on the evil nemesis Mr Monadnock&nbsp;- who looks suspiciously like BBB's lead singer Tom Rees&nbsp;without hair -&nbsp;promising some kind of big&nbsp;payoff in the next chapter.&nbsp;Playful performances and tongue-in-cheek concepts are a trademark of Clark's work with the group, and this video takes the offbeat, fun vibes to new heights - and that's a lot to deliver, especially&nbsp;<a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2021/09/30/buzzard-buzzard-buzzard-you-will-clark/73093">when you've already turned the lead vocalist orange.&nbsp;</a>

The infamous Sunny D scandal from the 90's get a bonkers visual treatment, in Will Clark's promo for Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard's You.&nbsp;Taking us on an obscure, orange juice-fuelled fever dream, we follow vocalist Tom as he downs a tonne of the drink, getting more and more orange until... well he turns into one. Just like internet meme icon The Annoying Orange, his entire body is replaced by the fruit, with only eyes and a mouth to keep singing along.&nbsp;Interspersed with shots of a news crew interviewing the singer, and shots of the band hula-hooping the night away, it's a brilliant visual for a brilliant track.&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1]

Continuing&nbsp;the trend of understated Christmas videos, Mabel explores the downside of the festive period in the video for Loneliest Time Of The Year.&nbsp;Heavily focused on Mabel's performance, the video by Melody Maker has a few simple setups, including the artist sat on her bed and in a living room whilst friends celebrate around her. The choice to keep things so simple allows viewers to connect with the core themes of the track - we all have our ups and downs, and Christmas can be an incredibly lonely and isolated time for many.&nbsp;Swapping out festive decorations for a muted earthy colour palette, the lighting and design lend a wistful and emotional vibe to the video, whilst Mabel's downcast performance bolsters the entire concept.&nbsp;This certainly is not the most joyful songs of the period, but the message it gets across is important.&nbsp;Especially&nbsp;with the amount of people who will be celebrating on their own this year or&nbsp;are homeless and have nowhere to go.&nbsp;&nbsp;
