Dijian Eccles and Andre Reid weave a tale of love and loss on the skating rink, in this dynamic promo for Odeal.&nbsp;The hazy, dreamlike aesthetic is a perfect way to present the concept, which encompasses fresh narrative elements and authentic performance - plus some really cool skating tricks.&nbsp;"André and I wanted to keep the video on brief but ultimately make sure the vibe was relatable," Eccles explains. "The track was only two and a half minutes, so it was a challenge adding in a nice narrative element and&nbsp;some surrealism to the project. But I think we managed to accomplish that."The story is based on Odeal our lead, trying to impress a love interest of his. Throughout the video we see their relationship blossom and his skating tekkers improve over every encounter at the skating rink. However due to his own mistakes, his poor efforts lead him into losing his new flame to another skater who's just much better than him."&nbsp;&nbsp;

Charlie Robins directs a distorted performance video for Yellow Days, featuring&nbsp;Mac Demarco.&nbsp;Shot against a green-screen with tracking markers prominently on display, the visual for The Curse starts as straight performance, before Yellow Days - aka&nbsp;George&nbsp;van den Broek - glitches into a virtual avatar, cloning and multiplying against the increasingly warped backdrop.&nbsp;Cascading into weirder aesthetics, the environment becomes a pre-vis playground, scrambling through dozens of locations and forms. Two Door Cinema Club get upstaged by&nbsp;ventriloquist dummies in the video for Once, directed by Mathy &amp; Fran.Fresh off the back of Au/Ra's Dance in the Dark, the directors have gone in a lighter, more quirky direction for this project. In the video, the group are being interviewed on a&nbsp;vintage variety TV show. However all the attention is on the puppets, not the band.&nbsp;As we see the grisly puppets get treated like stars, with their own glam squads, photoshoots and champagne, the group starts to get jealous, culminating in a gory climax to reinstate their independence. It's a bit of a shocker - but well worth waiting for...&nbsp;&nbsp;
