Elliot Simpson satirizes our obsessions - and probably predicts what is just around the corner - in his enjoyable video for DJ and producer&nbsp;Joel Corry, set in a rehab retreat for a select few&nbsp;who are addicted to their smartphones.The psychological impact of smartphones has become a common theme in music videos in the past year or so, but this has the benefit of being more comedic than doomladen, and Elliot Simpson creates&nbsp;a cast of likeable characters, struggling to readjust to the challenge of life without phones, and having to work very hard on their non-screen-based social skills.&nbsp;Joel Corry fits in well into this ensemble cast, playing a counsellor in the facility&nbsp;- a suitable role, as he is not only a DJ/producer but also a&nbsp;fitness instructor in real life.And let's face it, smartphone addiction rehab is surely coming in real life, very soon...&nbsp;

Charlotte Rutherhood invites you to a party in the dollhouse.&nbsp;Little Mix’s latest video&nbsp;is a throwback to doll commercials of the nineties and early noughties&nbsp;- for this interpolation of Soul II Soul's smash hit Back to Life.Rutherford’s plastic, hyperreal aesthetic is in full display, and her attention to period detail is uncanny. Bounce Back&nbsp;has the frenetic energy of a Hype Williams video and the Day-Glo production design of Saturday morning commercial.&nbsp;The so-bad-it’s-good styling - hairclips, faux fur, pastels and lycra - is pure Barbie, by way of Spice Girls. And that is to say nothing of the denim ensemble. This particular look is either a treat or horror for&nbsp;anyone who was around to witness Britney and Justin’s infamous outfits at the 2001 AMAs.

It&#39;s arguably his biggest song in years, and the video for Paul Weller&#39;s Gravity has been directed by actor Johnny Harris, and shot by Luke Jacobs. It&#39;s a black and white homage to love, life and memory.The project happened as a result of the critically-acclaimed <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jawbone_(film)" target="_blank">Jawbone</a>, Harris&#39;s most recent film, which saw Paul Weller&#39;s first foray into writing a film soundtrack. &nbsp;It was during that successful collaboration that Harris asked if he could direct the video for the waltzing, melancholic Gravity, featuring a tender pas de deux between two lover-dancers.

&nbsp;Jamie-James Medina delivers two beautifully simple pieces of video for Sampha.Using delicate choreography, a simple studio setting, and subtly mesmerising VFX, the clip shows Sampha sitting at his piano whilst the room around him swirls with the dust of his co-star&#39;s dwindling physical form.The long form version of this video relies on the interplay between the two characters to underline the delicate beauty of the visuals and the track itself, whereas the shorter version is an immersive VR piece that allows you to take Sampha&#39;s place at the piano and see that beauty from a first-person perspective. Using VR as a companion piece to a larger, more traditional video format makes for a compelling interplay between the two and is one of the more immersive and rewarding VR experiences in music videos&nbsp;of late.
