Frozen moments capture an instance of unknown trauma in Isaac Ravishankara's super video for Active Child.“At its core All Eyes On You, is a devotional piece for companionship," says Active Child about the song. "A testament to one's sacrifice in the pursuit of love, even if becomes unhealthy. There’s a beauty in the submission of self to someone else in hopes of creating a pure partnership in life.”The camerawork is the star of the show in Ravishankara's take on the song, with&nbsp;long, fluid takes that feel&nbsp;like an out of body experience. The camera explores&nbsp;the space around our characters, as they are stuck in freeze-frame in different situations. The visual effects work here is seamless, and the slow unravelling of the narrative fits perfectly with the stylistic cinematography choices.Performers&nbsp;Reshma Gajjar and Larkin Poynton are both very strong, and you will struggle to take your eyes off of them as you start to hypothesise about what could be going on. It's a question that you might still be left with at the end, but this project is ripe for repeat viewings, so you have more than enough opportunity to think of your own theories.&nbsp;

Will Mayer&nbsp;turns a very tangible fear into an existential threat in his haunting video for Bad Bad Not Good.A man sits in a car, inexorably filling up with water. When he escapes, he then find himself in another situation where rising waters could engulf him at any moment.This not only taps into universal fears, it&#39;s a physical representation of a psychological state. And as Mayer explains below, it&#39;s drawn from his own personal experience. Shot on 35mm, on a modest budget, it&#39;s a labour of love that leaves a big impression.

AG Rojas has created a beautifully-shot meditation on the effect of ethereal beauty in his second video for Florence + The Machine - an emotion that we tend to call Love.As counterpoint to a lovely performance by Florence, this is a story&nbsp;of a glorious work of art: an ancient&nbsp;statue, and its journey from he point of rediscovery in the last century. It&#39;s&nbsp;gazed upon and adored, sometimes loved, but sometimes unseen &ndash; and eventually it&#39;s transformed.&quot;This song is about the ways we look for love in things that are perhaps not love, and how attempts to feel less alone can sometimes isolate us more,&quot; says Florence about Hunger.&nbsp;&quot;I guess I made myself more vulnerable in this song to encourage connection, because perhaps a lot more of us feel this way than we are able to admit. Sometimes when you can&#39;t say it, you can sing it.&quot;While she sings it, AG Rojas has expressed it in this gorgeous video.

But the dying man&#39;s hallucinatory journey is not about to offer him much consolation. Quite the opposite it seems.&nbsp;&quot;I would mention the Tibetan Book of the Dead, but who wants to hear about that?&quot; says Young Replicant. &quot;It&#39;s a story about a father navigating through the afterlife bardo, the intermediate zone, towards a new state.&quot;&nbsp;It&#39;s also a story that FlyLo aka&nbsp;Steven Ellison - who makes a rare&nbsp;appearance in one of his own videos, as part of a &#39;ghost chorus&#39; that trails the father - says &quot;encapsulates the meaning of the record...it&#39;s one of the most important moments on&nbsp;You&rsquo;re Dead!&nbsp;and holds ideas I&rsquo;m planning to explore in my future work.&rdquo; &nbsp;
