Sinclair Bryant directs a striking promo for Australian-British singer-songwriter and producer Charlotte Plank, diving into a world of mannequins and frozen poses. Leading an all-female team of HoDs - including Chaimuki (DoP), Naomi Feld (set designer), Elle Fell (stylist), Shani Mushington (HMU) and Sidney Williams (editor) - Bryant's video for Candy Stores is an editorial-style vision blurring the line between the artificial and the real.As the track builds, the magical candy store comes to life, in a surrealist twist on suburban bliss, where the bright polish of a 1950's dreamscape gives way to a darker undercurrent. With Plank as both performer and observer of the phenomenon, the female mannequins begin to stir.The mannequins were cleverly portrayed by a cast of real people, made possible by the work of the hair and make-up team, who crafted striking looks. It's bold work, elevated by the cast's commitment to their characters and an inspired use of styling and makeup.

Niall Trask directs a suitably bizarre promo for Gaz Coombes' Long Live The Strange. Living in a world inhabited solely by mannequins, we see Coombes go about his day-to-day routine, seemingly unphased by the plastic inhabitants. Diving directly into uncanny valley territory, many of the mannequins have their own style and hobbies - including yoga, football, and being down the pub - and Coombes' dynamic performance contrasts perfectly with the lack of movement and energy elsewhere on screen.

Christian Breslauer directs a sexy visual feast for Doja Cat's Streets. Opening on a gloomy New York evening, a taxi driver is shown holding up traffic whilst enamored by a high-end mannequin in a shop window - quickly revealed to be Doja Cat herself. As the driver stars at her through the window, the environment quickly switches to a vibrant, neon-lit lapdance, before transitioning through a series of high-concept vignettes. The artist shows an incredible range as she impersonates a superhero, a human spider and a nuclear test dummy, whilst keeping things high-fashion and luxury throughout. Absolutely stunning work - and quite possibly Doja Cat's best visual to date.
