Yasser Abubeker directs an intimate NTS live session for legendary soul singer Erykah Badu's team-up with top US DJ/producer Alan Maman, aka The Alchemist.

Filmed in the courtyard of Alvaro Barrington’s studio in East London, the pair perform material from their just released collaborative album, Before the World Blows: The Abi and Alan Experiment, to an very lucky invited audience.

Using smoke effects and drawn-out zooms to create an otherworldly vibe, it's a brilliant showcase of collaboration and live performance, presented in a creative, fresh way by Yasser Abubeker.
