Tanu Muino unleashes her visionary powers to launch a new era for Sevdaliza - and introduce the artist's powerful new alter ego: Heroina.

In the video for Heroina, Muino creates an extraordinary futuristic fantasy in which Sevdaliza sports multiple robotic scyth-limbs, and the recurring visual icon in the video is the stiletto shoe and heel, used a symbol of feminine strength.  

The visual heralds a pivotal change in musical direction for Sevdaliza, embracing a seamless fusion of Latin pop and RKT, and features Argentinian singer La Joaqui. Together with characteristically bold cinematography and production design - by Muino's regular collaborators Nikita Kuzmenko and Helen Gadjilova - the choreography which centers on bold and dominant movements. Sevdaliza, La Joaqui, and a cast of dancers embody the "Heroina" alter-ego through this imposing presence, using their heels to stomp, to challenge, and to occupy space.

This video - the first of two collaborations between the artist and the director, produced by the production company DRAMA - does not simply accompany the song but expands and solidifies its mythology. Another brilliant example of Tanu Muino's gift in the medium of music videos.
