Jade Thirwall 'The Jade Room' by Deadhorses

Directing duo Deadhorses direct a salacious, satirical social promo for Jade Thirwall's solo career announcement.
The video, titled The Jade Room, contains a hyperactive medley of social media posts, captured in a feverish way, which builds to a climactic reveal - that Jade herself was behind a viral fan account on social media.
At only fifty seconds long, it's a quickfire dive into the artist's fandom, presented in a satirical, social-first way... and it's brilliantly effective.
"Conceptually, we were inspired by how dramatically engaged and active Jade’s fan base are and wanted to deliver a satisfying, rug-pulling payload for the fans after the insane hype surrounding her debut project," the directing duo explain.
"Fans were agitated with excitement bordering on the obsessive as they demanded relentlessly that she release her music as soon as possible. We were fascinated by the chance to explore the worlds of ‘Stans’ or extreme fan online culture and the recent emergence of ‘tik-tok bedroom sleuth’ culture, ushering in a new wave of rampant fandom."
