Peter Haueis directs a bewitching promo for The Offline's Plages Des Casernes. 

The video celebrates a sense of analogue nostalgia, which complements the artist's atmospheric, cinematic soundscapes. 

Several techniques were used to create the melancholic, dreamlike aesthetic - Super8 material filmed by the artist in France was screened on Sony Trinitron vintage TV Sets, creating vivid, raw images. MiniDV cameras were then plugged into the TV sets, with video feedback and CRT TV-effects generated until The Offline loses himself in the looping images.
