Izzy Bizu 'Tough Pill' by Sashinski
Sashinksi directs a mesmerising promo for Izzy Bizu's Tough Pill.
Set under the beautiful glass-panelled ceiling of the Palm Court in the Waldorf Hilton, London, the video focuses on authentic performances and dynamic movement, with stunning cinematography from DoP Thomas English.
The energy of the track is matched by spinning camera moves, off-kilter angles and busy composition, creating an opulent yet down-to-earth aesthetic.
A space with palm trees, golden chandeliers and symmetrical marble flooring was a real treat for the eyes.
"We wanted to establish movement and attitude that reflected the natural 'bounce' of the track, while also exploring Izzy’s charm and energy, to accompany the styling by Cynthia Lawrence-John and edit by Blaine Pearson of TenThree.
"Shooting in such a wide open space with so many intrinsic details such as palm trees, golden chandeliers, golden banisters and symmetrical marble flooring was a real treat for the eyes that was taken to the next level by Joseph Bicknell's stunning grade."
