Charlie Lightening helms the first of a series of visuals for returning singer-songwriter Katie Melua, featuring actor Billy Howie (Star Wars, Dunkirk, MotherFatherSon).

Howie plays Katie's dashing suitor, although the exact nature of their relationship remains something of a mystery in this sumptuous slow-burn of a video for A Love Like That, featuring splendid cinematography from Daniel Lightening (brother of Charlie).  

The song is the first to be taken from the forthcoming studio album Album No. 8, a record that represents the culmination of a prolonged period of musical rediscovery for Katie Melua. Her discussion with Charlie Lightening about the accompanying video project began during the first few weeks of lockdown, and the shoot took place over two days in Reculver, Herne Bay last month, following APA lockdown guidelines.
