Willie J Healey 'True Stereo' by Joe Wheatley
In Joe Wheatley's second video for Willie J Healey, the singer-songwriter practices social distancing, possibly before it was strictly necessary, by going solo hunting in the desolate Highlands of northwest Scotland.
Loch Maree provides the extreme and beautiful backdrop for the video for True Stereo - taken from Healey's upcoming album Twin Heavy. It follows on from Healey's previous outdoor antics in Wheatley's playful video for Why You Gotta Do It.
Beautifully shot by Rik Burnell on 16mm, we find Willie trekking across snow-capped mountains in pursuit of his target, in Deer Hunter meets Deliverance style. Turns out he's after a surprising catch.
