Noisy 'Oi (ATM)' by Thomas James Davis & Noisy
Thomas James Davis co-directs an (almost) one-shot performance video for Noisy's catchy Oi (ATM) with the band, shot in the Barbican Laundrette in London.
The video is a series of long takes around the rotating camera at the centre of the space, with clever transitions to mask the cuts. Switching up the vibe throughout, Noisy's charismatic vocalist Cody follows the camera it as it spins in a slow, 360 degree motion, while his bandmates perform in the background.
The inventive use of an everyday space, and DoP Francis Lane's composition and inspired lighting design, helps pull off the idea - the best showcase for this exciting new dance-pop band so far.
