James Smith 'Say You'll Stay' (Live) by Gregg Houston
Gregg Houston and James Smith return with a third live collaboration, this time for an acoustic version of the wistful track Say You'll Stay.
"For our third collaboration together James and I chose Earth in Hackney to shoot a few live performances. The space has always caught my eye and I have been very keen to get in there for a session at a few times down the line. Thankfully this one worked out. I wish there was more of a story to tell such as how we broke into the venue and set up without the owners or the fuzz ever finding out but it was all fairly straight forward. He turned 21 a few days before this session and had a big birthday at his home. By all accounts that is where the real story was.
"Thanks to the crew and James we managed to get a few tracks on the day that let me realise all I hoped to from the session. This is the first track we shot on the day."
