Joseph Shabason ft Dan Bejar 'I Don't Want To Be Your Love' by Zach Shields
Writer/director/producer Zach Shields - who wrote and executive produced Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, coming to big screens soon - makes an impressive debut as a music video director for Canadian saxophonist and composer Joseph Shabason, featuring the marvellous Jared Harris.
Harris plays an ailing rich man in search of a thrill, watching his stocking-and-suspendered girlfriend (Kelli Garner) facilitate a performance by a near-naked young man (Andrew Allan), spotlit by a circle of car headlights. In fact, this is less about raw sexuality than something more tender, as the boy shows what he is capable of.
A really beautifully crafted piece by Shields, with excellent cinematography by Lawrence Sher.
