Naked Elephant 'Long Way Home' by Reuben Sutherland
Reuben Sutherland makes a rare but very welcome return to music videos for rock outfit Naked Elephant, with his distinctive visual style transforming a Nevada roadtrip into an extraordinary Kodachrome-esque visual feast, featuring beautifully designed collage photography and multi-layered postcard effects.
The video was shot around iconic Nevada locations in Red Rock and Valley of Fire – the band’s hometown. With a nod to the amazing collage style artworks of John Stezaker, it's a brilliantly mesmerising video from the director who has been creating these brilliant works of imagination and VFX craft intermittently since his videos for Phoenix Foundation and Doves in the early Noughties.
