Crystal Fighters 'Wave' by One In Three
Jimmy Brown - 11th Mar 2014
Ross Cooper at One In Three made a welcome return to music videos at the end of last year with his video for Crystal Fighters' Wave, where he engaged a host of trapeze artists to create a unique human wave.
Ross says that at 30 metres long and 8.5 metres high, the human 'Pendulum Wave Machine' is the largest ever built. 12 trapezes or 'pendulums' with spotlights attached swing for the duration of the song, drifting in and out of phase. All worked out to a mathematical formula, and its a marvellous sight indeed.
